Tommy
Tommy is an expat, living in Tijuana because it's affordable. He pays between six and fifteen USD a night to live in one of the many hotels around Tijuana. He is an addict but didn't want me to show him using any heroin. He is also an artist and has volunteered in Zona Norte to help teach children art.
